Now is a critical time for our campus to engage in dialogue. Please join the UC San Diego Intergroup Relations Program as we offer a 90-minute training to equip you with the basic skills and knowledge necessary for engaging in and facilitating difficult dialogues within your sphere of influence (those with whom you interact) on campus.
The training is not exhaustive nor is there any expectation of becoming an “expert,” but will provide a foundation from which important dialogues may begin. For students interested in more in-depth training, IRP is offering an exciting new internship as an IRP Peer Facilitator.
